“I have lived at Clover Ridge for two
years, and like so many other residents, I didn't
want to come here, as no one ever want to leave
their home, however, there was nothing there for me
at home anymore, except a big empty house. My family
lives far away and many of my friends are deceased
or living in nursing homes. This is beautiful
facility and we have wonderful staff and the
resident are so friendly. We have many interesting
activities and entertainment; church services,
exercise classes wonderful food! I am so thankful
and happy that I am living here!.” |

“Thank you for taking such good care of mom
and dad. You truly give them the love and support
they needed in their last years. You are not just
part of a community at Clover Ridge, you are part of
a family. You also took great care of us, especially
since mom got so sick. We felt you had a beautiful
community when we moved mom and dad in but have
since learned and appreciated that you gave a level
of care and compassion that we could not have gotten
anywhere else. We will be eternally grateful for all
you have done.” |

“We love it here at Clover Ridge Place! It
is very family oriented and we have dedicated staff
who are here to help us all the time (just push a
button!) The food is great and we have lots of
activities such as games, exercises, music, worship!
We have housewarming parties to recognize our new
residents and memorial services for those who have
passed away.” |

“Thank you for all of the time you spent with my family and my parents. You really made a difference for their elder retirement years. Usually I am pretty steady emotionally, but when you gave the present of music from WWII, I could hardly hold back the tears. To me the very thoughtful present to them represented the very thoughtful care they will receive while in your facility. Dad rode back to their apartment with me and we played one of the tapes. That really took him down memory lane. He shared some of his memories of when he and mom were first married that I had never heard before. He has continued to play the tapes and has enjoyed them very much. He has called Jerry to have him listen with him to some of the songs that are especially meaningful to him. You did, indeed, open the files to some very treasured memories for Dad. Mom loves music, also, and appreciates the present as well.” |

“It has been a real Joy living here at Windsor Manor. The employees are all so helpful. When recuperating from my hip surgery, it was great to have their help and always with a friendly smile. It’s been great renewing old friendships and making new ones.” |

“Thank you for all you do. I know I have said it
before - but having Ethel move to Sunset Park Place
has just been so wonderful. She is happy and secure
- and seems to just love it there. I don't think she
even missed us when we were gone last week! We
love Sunset Park Place and the WONDERFUL life you
are providing my mother!!” |

“Senior Housing helped us meet and exceed all of our
expectations.”
“The process you used in supplying us with market
study, financial feasibility, facility planning and
projected results proved to be right on. It is clear
to us, now, that the process you used, coupled with
your experience, paid off many times over.
“I want to thank you for the guidance that was
provided during the time our board wrestled with the
difficult decision to expand into the business of
assisted living. I would be very happy to recommend
your consulting services to anyone considering a
continuum of care for their nursing home.” |

“Senior Housing allowed us to be at 50% capacity the
day the doors opened.”
“You stressed to us that it would indeed be an
investment, which we would be satisfied with in the
project’s end. Well, you were right. Your expertise
with construction management was a great asset to us
and I felt confident with your consultation during
decision-making matters and assistance in putting
together the marketing package.
I wish to congratulate and thank you on your
company’s success with our project.” |
